Kancelaria Adwokacka Maciej Opalski was established in 2005 by the Advocate Maciej Opalski. The law firm has a long-term practical experience in offering its services to natural persons and business entities. Wiesław Opalski, doctor of law, professor at WSAP
A Lecturer of many years at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw, director of distance learning and administrative courses at this Faculty. Scientific expertise: civil law and commercial law; currently Rector of the Academy of Public Administration in Ostrołęka. Interests: property rights, commercial company law, bills of exchange law and bankruptcy law. A Lecturer in postgraduate Master of Business Administration courses, among others in the MBA-programme run by the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois. Counsel and advocate – he pursues his professional activity in his own law practice, is an Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Arbitration Tribunal at the Polish Bank Association.
Elżbieta Opalska, Advocate
She has been successfully practicing for more than 30 years and has been supporting her clients in Warsaw. Her professional interests focus mainly on civil law and civil proceeding, family and custody law (including divorces, parental responsibility, matters dealt with the Hague Convention related to child abduction), inheritance law.

handles property development projects at the Firm, as well as conducting legal audits of real estate and handling administrative proceedings in construction law, together with issues of the protection of historical monuments. Wojciech’s experience includes representation in court, with particular emphasis on disputes in construction projects. He is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry. He has served as a member of the supervisory boards of State Treasury companies, including Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdańsk S.A. and Elektrociepłownia Kraków S.A. Wojciech is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and of the Institute of European Studies at the University of Strasbourg.
